A day dedicated to the future of work in which the company will open its doors to potential candidates: PMP Open Day - the recruiting event organized by Umana, Regione Friuli-Venezia Giulia and PMP Industries - will take place on Friday, October 27, in Coseano (UD).
The introduction of the day will be led by Luigino Pozzo, PMP Industries; Giuseppe Venier, CEO of Umana; and Anna D'Angelo, Autonomous Region of Friuli-Venezia Giulia. This will be followed by guided tours of the plants and, starting at 9 a.m., workshops for students and the unemployed organized by Umana and the Autonomous Region of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, in which Umana professionals will delve into the topic of job search through new technologies, from artificial intelligence to big data. It will also be possible to discover the secrets of the curriculum vitae with "C-VR," Umana's training and job orientation project in virtual reality.
In the afternoon, space will be given to the recruiting of pre-selected candidates, that is, those who have previously sent in their resumes and have been summoned. The initiative, created to facilitate the meeting between job seekers and PMP Industries, which aims to select and place various professionals in the areas of Technical, Administrative-Sales, Production.
